German supermodel Heidi Klum takes a walk on the wild side, taking her three kids, Leni, Henri and Johan to the Central Park Zoo on New York's Upper East Side on Wednesday. Klum's mom Erna joined in the family outing that included lunch at the Italian restaurant Bar Pitti.

Klum --whose oldest child Leni is from a previous relationship -- is expecting her third child (a girl) with hubby Seal this fall.
