Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman says she regrets ripping up bikini photos of reality tv mom Kate Gosselin.  In a recent story only on RadarOnline.com, Suleman openly criticized the star of TLC's Jon & Kate Plus 8 for posing in a bright orange bikini while vacationing in Bald Head Island off North Carolina, saying she appeared "desperate for attention."  She also accused Kate of relying on plastic surgery to get her body bikini ready.

"I felt really guilty." Nadya says in an exclusive new interview only on RadarOnline.com.  "I, of all people should understand the public scrutiny and being condemned and judged. I feel genuine regret."

Suleman adds: "I feel for what you are going through. It's extremely hard. It's not fair. Life's not fair."
