Entourage, now in its sixth season, will premiere its 12-episode run on July 12, with several surprise guest stars.

Rumored to appear are Lil' Wayne, Tom Brady, LeBron James, Andrew Bynum, Steve Nash, 50 Cent, and, High School Musical hunk Zac Efron.

While sources won’t say what role the rapper will play, 50 Cent is not the first rap artist play himself in the HBO hit.  Kanye West, T.I. and Snoop Dogg have all played roles with stars Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier) and entourage Eric (Kevin Connolly), Drama (Kevin Dillon) and Turtle (Jerry Ferrara).
