Kate Gosselin is one hot mama in her cobalt blue bikini in this photo taken outside her home on June 24. It set off a tidal wave of Internet rumors that the mother of eight had undergone either breast augmentation or a breast lift sometime after our “before” picture in her black bikini was taken on June 2.

But RadarOnline’s own Style Guy Bryan Moore says to get the right “boob scoop,” you don’t need surgery, and the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star probably didn’t go under the knife either. “You can get the same lift and boost with the perfect underwire,” he said. “It’s all about the fit!”

When Kate had her tummy tuck she asked the Doc for a breast job. He told her she looked fine, just wear an underwire bra. Maybe he didn't want to give her a free tummy tuck and a boob job. She's had them done.

Please! Does anyone really care? NO. She should have paid more attention to her marriage than her new image...but maybe she'll need it to get another guy

She DID have a boob job. If you compare other pictures, Kate definitely had her "girls" enhanced. Wearing an underwire doesn't matter.

go back and watch the old episode when they go to north carolina....she is totally flat. this lady definitely had major work done. i guess the kid's got her a new set for mother's day!!!

I'm torn. I think the blue top has more support and she pulled the girls up higher when she tied it. But yeah, check out her chest on the early J&K+8 shows - she's had something.
