Amid rampant Internet reports that Usher has filed for divorce in Atlanta from his wife, Tameka Foster, RadarOnline.com has learned that it just isn't so...at least for now.

"No petition has been filed at this time," Fulton County Superior Court Clerk Tracey Vaughn told RadarOnline.com.

"We've heard the rumors too but there’s nothing in the system."

RadarOnline.com broke the story on June 5 that the R&B star, who hadn't been seen with his wife of less than two years for several months, was out and about in Malibu with another woman, Def Jam Records executive Grace Miguel. The pair was also spotted entering their hotel at 1 AM.

Usher's rep has repeatedly declined to comment.
