Must be a very Full House--actress and mom Jodie Sweetin has allegedly neglected to pony up fees to her Home Owner's Association.

Sycamore Hills Community Association filed suit in small claims court against Sweetin late last month for a total of $1,185 in dues, late charges and fees surrounding her Corona, Ca. digs.

A rep for the actress, however, tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that Sweetin is no longer in residence and the late charges are a result of her negligent ex-husband Cody Herpin.

"Jodie moved out of this house six months ago and has been living with her mother ever since.  He was supposed to pay all the bills on the house, and he was supposed to get a job, but it looks like he isn’t doing either of these things," the rep said of Herpin, whom Sweetin legally separated from in November 2008.

Herpin, who works in film production and is father of Sweetin's daughter Zoie, is likened to Kevin Federline by the Sweetin camp.

"He hasn’t worked at all since he latched onto Jodie.  He’s like a K-Fed, a guy who got married and never worked and now wants money and custody," the rep said.

The couple are currently locked in a paternity case over one-year-old Zoie, that currently grants Sweetin visitation.

A trial in the housing association suit has been set for July 14. Sweetin's rep had no comment on the legal proceeding.

An autobiography, unSweetined, from the actress is scheduled for release in October.
