Life's a beach for Gossip Girl Leighton Meester, who plays Blair Waldorf on the hit CW show.

Meester, along with some pals, soaked up some sun on a beach in Los Angeles on Sunday.

Spies tells us Leighton enjoyed dipping her feet in the sea and playing on a swing before enjoying a picnic with friends.
