Let's not take Lindsay Lohan too seriously when she swears she's back on boys -- the red-head Hollywood starlet paid a visit to on-again, off-again girlfriend Samantha Ronson's house at 1 a.m. Thursday.
LiLo left at 6:30 a.m. Thursday, boarding her car with Ronson's British bulldog, Cadillac. A luggage-toting Ronson left shortly thereafter, locked up her home as paps looked on, and boarding a separate car apparently headed to LAX airport.
