When nature calls, it's apparently unfortunate to work for Victoria Principal.
A former maid to the Dallas star is suing the actress for assault, as well as emotional distress and false imprisonment. Maribel Banegas, who filed suit in Los Angeles Friday, May 1st, claims Principal held her at gunpoint after terminating Banegas at her Malibu home.
Court documents claim that Banegas was walking Principal's dog (part of her job description) when she returned to complaints that the pooch's potty session took too long.

Principal is said to have fired Banegas on the spot, who in turn demanded her final payment. When Principal disappeared, Banegas assumed she was going to fetch her checkbook but instead came back with a gun.
Allegedly Principal "aimed a firearm at Banegas" and verbally threatened to kill her.
Banegas is seeking unspecified damages.
