Hey, before Carmen Electra was well, CARMEN ELECTRA, she was Tara Leigh Patrick, a small-town girl  from Cincinnati Ohio who knew the value of a buck.

And even though she's now one of Hollywood's sexiest (and loaded) stars, Tara still knows a good deal when she sees one.

On the way to the Miami Airport recently to board a flight home, Carmen stopped by Fashion Bug and Payless Shoes to do a little shopping for her vacation with her musician fiance Rob Patterson.

Forget the Jimmy Choos, Carmen bought two pairs of inexpensive comfy moccasins for her trip.
