RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the latest mugshot of notorious stage dad Michael Lohan, father of actress Lindsay Lohan.

As RadarOnline.com reported Wednesday, Lohan was arrested April 6 for allegedly calling his girlfriend Erin Mueller on March 18 and threatening that he would kill her and himself. 

Lohan is charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree, which is a misdemeanor.

Lohan pleaded not guilty to the charge on April 6.

He could serve up to a year in custody if convicted of the charges.

Lohan is due back in court June 10.
