Drew Barrymore apparently knows how to leave a mark on her man. Either that, or she's a big fan of Twilight.
The Never Been Kissed star was spotted having lunch with on-and-off boyfriend Justin Long at the Farmers Market in Los Angeles on Sunday. She sported a Borsalino hat, while he sported a rather unsightly hickey.
