Britney Sued by Bodyguard

A former bodyguard named Kerry Vine is suing Britney Spears and the security firm he was employed with for damages suffered during his tenure with the popstar.

“Defendants caused Plaintiff [Vine] harmful or offensive contact with his consent,” the papers state. “Defendents’ extreme/outrageous conduct intentionally and or recklessly caused Plaintiff severe emotinal distress.”
“Defendant Britney Spears negligently operated her home and business thereby causing injuries to the plaintiff who worked for the defendants at the time.”
Vine cites wage loss, hospital and medical expenses, and loss of earning capacity as some things he has suffered due to his employment with the singer.
