Wes Bentley, best known for playing the pot dealer in American Beauty, has had a warrant thrown out in a Los Angeles courtroom, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Bentley had earlier pleaded guilty to two felony counts of possession of heroin and forgery and had been placed on a deferred judgement program. The warrant had been issued because Bentley didn't show for a court appearance.
Bentley appeared in court with his attorney Tuesday, and his drug addiction counselor, Marty Brenner. Bentley's next court appearance is on July 27th for a progress report. Bentley will be featured in the upcoming Stephen King movie, Dollan's Cadillac with Christian Slater.
