Lindsay Lohan got caught up in the spirit of the moment during pal Lily Allen's Thursday night performance at Hollywood's Wiltern Theatre, jumping onto the stage to sing and dance to the English songbird's cover of Britney Spears hit Womanizer.

Lohan might have been blowing off some steam due to stress, as rumors have surfaced that her relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson has been on the rocks as of late.  Here’s a clip from the concert that a fan posted on YouTube capturing this unique moment.
