Drew Barrymore paid style homage to old Hollywood donning a sophisticated Alberta Ferretti gown, Paris Hilton buzzed around her beau in a flirty bumblebee cocktail dress, Jaime Pressly looked black and leather-sexy in a parking lot and more!
