Update: Redmond O' Neal's hearing has been continued to next Wednesday and Redmond has to be there. Ryan O'Neal wants Redmond locked up. Ryan notified his attorney to have someone go pick up Redmond and take him directly to the courthouse.

Redmond O'Neal's bolting from rehab has been brought to the attention of the LA Distrtict Attorney's Office RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

We just spoke with a clerk in division 1 at the Malibu court and the clerk confirmed that the matter was going to be heard in front of the judge.  O'Neal's attorney will be on the telephone and the judge will hear the matter with him on the phone.
