It wasn't quite The Ed Sullivan Show, but memorable nonetheless.
Ringo Starr, at director David Lynch's New York benefit to bring meditation to public schools, reunited on the stage at Radio City Music Hall with Beatles band mate Paul McCartney to sing the fab four classic, “With A Little Help From My Friends.” Afterwards, Starr broke out his old drumsticks to pound along to McCartney's “Cosmically Conscious.”
Yoko Ono, widow of John Lennon was among the faces in the star-studded crowd; also in attendance Saturday were Bill O’Reilly, Jennifer Aniston and Martin Scorsese.
