Idol: Lady Gaga Entertains Full House With Hit Single

Lady GaGa's fast ascent to the top of the charts has resembled the type of career surge some American Idol performers have had when given a chance to showcase their wares on a national platform. So it only made sense to have the eclectic 23-year-old sensation perform her hit single, Poker Face, on Wednesday night's results show.
With a strong pop beat guiding her passionate vocals, GaGa captivated the audience with her three-ring circus of a backdrop that included a bubble-filled piano, and a troupe of dancers dressed like the Men In Black.
