Lindsay Lohan’s rep has poured cold water on the rumors that her client is about to peel-off her clothes in the sizzling Las Vegas revue Peep Show.

The show’s producer Jerry Mitchell went public after the starlet watched a performance of the show at the weekend claiming she had all the attributes to be a “perfect match” for his red-hot Sin City production.

But Lohan’s rep Leslie Sloane exclusively told RadarOnline: “She isn’t interested at this time but it seems people are out there saying she is doing this.”

When RadarOnline.com contacted Peep Show to see if any detailed talks or contract possibilities had actually been discussed, they backed-off from speculation that Lohan was about to step into Kelly Monaco’s stilletos.

“It’s true that Lindsay visited the show at the weekend and that Jerry would love to have her but that is as far as it has gone. She has not inked any deals and no detailed discussions took place with Jerry - anything else would be purely speculation at this point,” confirmed the spokesperson.

Lohan was spotted at a private party after Saturday night’s performance with both Peep Show stars Monaco and former Spice Girl Melanie Brown also in attendance.

The Mean Girls star is actively seeking to get her career back-on-track after her very public break-up with celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson. Her latest film Labor Pains – in which she plays a woman who pretends to be pregnant – will not be getting a big screen release in the US. The comedy has been slated for a July debut on ABC Family with possible international distribution on the big-screen.
