Slumdog Millionaire beauty Freida Pinto is set to star in Woody Allen's next film.
Pinto told Today that production on the project will begin in July. Then she thanked Slumdog director Danny Boyle (again) for the substantial public exposure.
No stranger to budding starlets, 73 year-old Woody Allen has previously directed actresses Scarlett Johansson, Christina Ricci, and Penelope Cruz.
