MTV has released a new trailer for The Hills. MTV says don't think of it as season 5, but rather "bonus episodes" from season 4.
Watch as Spencer flirts with a sexy bartender and Heidi Montag hugs it out with ex-BFF Lauren Conrad.

MTV hasn't set a date for the March premiere, but says the show will return to its 10 p.m. time slot on Mondays.
