Suing With The Stars

Dancing With the Stars performer Karina Smirnoff is suing a Mexican restaurant for not paying her fee last month at a March of Dimes benefit.
According to TMZ, the 30 year-old dancer claims that Panchito's Restaurant owes her $6,000, the cost of her appearance fee, which they neglected to cover.
However, the San Antonio restaurant claimed to make no profit on the event, so it couldn't compensate her. In addition, Panchito's insisted it never agreed to pay Smirnoff anything for her appearance.
