Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman has decided NOT to accept an offer by a non-profit charity group called Angels In Waiting to provide her with a temporary new home for six months, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

"Angels" had also offered to provide around the clock individualized care by pediatric nurses and other early intervention professionals for her octuplets and their six other siblings.

We do not know why Suleman is not accepting the offer, but at a news conference later today, famed L.A. attorney Gloria Allred and "Angels in Waiting" founder, Linda West-Conforti, are expected to describe in detail disturbing conversations with Nadya and why they believe that she was not willing to accept their offer. Ms. Allred will also comment on what she believes should happen next.

Ms. Allred set a deadline of yesterday at midnight for Ms. Suleman to accept the offer which would have kept the family together and provided the babies and her other children with care without any burden placed on the taxpayers.
