NBA Guard Sues Over STD Charge

Dwayne Wade -- aka D-Wade, aka Flash, the 6'4" 27 year-old Miami Heat star -- has filed suit in Chicago claiming his wife and her attorneys wronged him in divorce proceedings.
The claim states that Siohvaughn Wade and attorney Michael Berger, with the Berger Schatz firm, wrongly accused him of having an affair and giving his wife a sexually transmitted disease.
Those allegations were published in the Miami Herald, which can't make the NBA franchise too happy (though his # 3 Jersey remains front-and-center on the team's home-page).
