You've heard that Disney Darling Miley Cyrus is being sued for billions of dollars! Now ,RadarOnline.com can show you the official lawsuit.
Lucie J. Kim of Los Angeles filed a class action lawsuit against Cyrus on Wednesday over that "racist" photo showing Miley and some friends apparently mocking Asians by slanting their eyes.
Even though Cyrus has apologized for the photo, Kim is suing Cyrus behalf of all Asian Pacific Islanders living in Los Angeles County. She's seeking at least $4,000 in damages per potential plaintiff. That comes out to 4 BILLION DOLLARS in damages!
