Desperate Housewives actress Marcia Cross and hubby Tom Mahoney out with the kids in Los Angeles.
Mahoney, a stockbroker, is battling cancer and has been undergoing treatment.
Cross and Mahoney were married in June 2006. The couple have 23-month-old twin girls named Eden and Savannah.
