Rapper Lil Wayne is facing criminal gun possession charges.
Really named Dwayne Carter, 26 year-old Dwayne was caught with a gun on his tour bus back in July '07.
If convicted, Dwayne faces a 15 year maximum in prison.
New York State Supreme Court Judge Charles Solomon ordered jury selection as soon as the rapper completes his current concert tour, on April 12.
Carter's latest album, Tha Carter III, was last year's highest-selling U.S. release and won him best rap album at this year's Grammys.
