First Photo Of Michael Phelps After "Bong-Gate"

Cameras catch Olympic superstar Michael Phelps hitting the pool at Loyola College in Maryland, Tuesday afternoon. It was his first appearance since apologizing for photos made public last weekend showing him smoking a bong at a party.
A spokesperson for the sheriff's department in Richland County, South Carolina (where the picture was taken) tells RadarOnline.com Phelps could face charges if it can be proven that he was in fact smoking pot.
