In a shocking flip-flop, Baseball's highest-paid and perhaps best player is admitting publicly that yes, he has used steroids.
In an emotional interview with ESPN, New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez says he did take a banned substance between 2001-2003 when he was with the Texas Rangers.
