If they gave out gold medals for dirty dancing, fastest man in the world Usain Bolt would be a winner once again!

RadarOnline.com caught the 22-year-old Olympic three-time gold medal winner and world record setter in numerous compromising positions with various women on the dance floor at Miami nightclub "Bongos" on Sunday, January 18.

"Lightning Bolt" showed no restraint as he appeared to be simulating sex with a bevy of Miami beauties. We're pretty sure this isn't part of the Jamaican sprinter's training regimen.

Note to Michael Phelps: This is how you have fun without destroying your career!
