Andrew Dice Clay attempted to smoke a cigarette inside a natural and organic celebrity Oscar suite, the ALIVE EXPO, and the publicist on hand had to tell the Diceman not to light up.

Since when do cigs and organics go together? They don't!

A source on the scene tells RadarOnline.com that Andrew "was a hot mess."
