GONE BABY GONE The weight is off as Naomi and Liev strut down the red carpet at the premiere of Defiance.

King Kong damsel Naomi Watts emerged in NYC on Monday at the premiere of companion Liev Schreiber's WW II flick Defiance.

This was Watts' first paparazzi outing since delivering her 2nd baby boy, Samuel, last month.

When questioned how she regained her leading lady figure, 40-year old Watts admitted, "I'm breast feeding. And he's sucking it all out of me."

But wait! That's not all!

"And when the baby comes out, it's a lot of weight right there."

See, ladies? Nothing to it...
