The Original Nemo

Director McG -- who made his name helming Charlie's Angels and recently completed Terminator: Salvation -- will direct Disney's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea: Captain Nemo.
The film is a prequel to the 1954 Disney classic, explaining how Nemo came to build his submarine warship the Nautilus. (Psst. Much of that information was revealed by author Jules Verne in the novel's sequel, Mysterious Island.)
No cast has been set; the film will shoot this year.
The director will collect $8 million and 7% of the gross for his efforts. Nice.
