Former Full House star Jodie Sweetin and her estranged hubby faced off in mediation today in the ongoing custody battle over their daughter.
Cody Herpin revealed exclusively to Radar Online that during the mediation over custody issues involving 9-month-old Zoie, he requested Jodie take a hair follicle drug test - and she flatly refused.
Jodie - who has admitted to beating a crystal methamphetamine addiction - did agree to take a urine test, however.
"Because of her history with drug and alcohol abuse, I'm in fear of Zoie's well being," Cody said. "I'm more than willing to take a hair follicle drug court and challenge her to do the same."
The couple is scheduled to appear in court to reach a settlement on Feb. 9.
