Marilyn Manson Headed To Trial

In court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, a counterclaim that Marilyn Manson filed by a member of his band, Stephen Bier Jr., has been dismissed. Manson had filed a breach of contract counterclaim against Bier.

Bier had sued Manson for breach of contract claiming that rocker had misused band money to buy a skeleton of a 4 year-old-Chinese girl, and taxidermy models.

Bier had been seeking punitive and compensatory damages as well as legal fees reported to be in excess of $20 million.
