Jett Travolta Death Certificate

RADAR has exclusively obtained Jett Travolta's death certificate and it shows, as expected, that the 16-year-old son of John Travolta and Kelly Preston died from a "seizure disorder." It lists the place of death as Old Bahama Bay Resort, meaning the boy expired at home and was dead by the time he was placed in an ambulance.
