Gossip Girl Leaves Court

Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford leaves court after the custody battle with her husband Daniel Giersch.
Kelly and Daniel are both expected to testify tomorrow in Santa Monica.
Giersch told us after court, "I have no comments, but I am not a dangerous person".
