From Who to Hex

Jimmy Hayward, the director of the CGI Horton Hears a Who shifts gears -- in terms of medium and tone -- to helm Jonah Hex.
The live-action film is based on the grim, brutal DC comics western character whose face is disfigured on one-side and who works as a bounty hunter/vigilante and dabbles in the supernatural.
Josh Brolin will play the bloody anti-hero. Shooting gets underway early in the spring.
