ER Gets Life Support

NBC has decided to extend the 15th and final season of ER by 3 episodes, in order to give fans more time to say goodbye. Oh, and to continue to reap ratings from the hit show.

The network did not reveal how this will impact their new drama series Kings, which was supposed to debut after ER ended on March 12. The scuttlebutt is it will simply premiere on another night and take over the ER slot when it finally ends.
