A secret legal battle between Eddie Murphy and Mel B has been quietly settled, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The former Spice Girl had a short-lived fling with Eddie and gave birth to his daughter, Angel Iris, on April 3, 2007. Eddie and Mel B had an infamous break up when he said on Dutch TV that he wasn't sure if the baby was his. He subsequently took a DNA test.

Now RadarOnline.com has learned that a behind-the-scenes battle over money and visitation rights has been ongoing but was recently settled, according to close sources. Eddie will not have custody but will have visitation rights and still believes Mel B manipulated him, even scheduling a C-section so that their baby would be born on his birthday!
