Anna Nicole Smith Judge Innocent

Broward County Judge Larry Seidlin -- who presided in the highly publicized dispute over the remains of model Anna Nicole Smith in 2007 -- has been found innocent of accepting gifts from persons arguing cases in his court.

According to The Washington Post, the Miami-Dade state attorney's office announced on Tuesday that the 58 year-old Seidlin will not be prosecuted.

Seidlin, who quit his position in 2007 -- reportedly to pursue a career as a TV judge -- is best remembered for his emotional behavior and one-liners during the debate about where Smith's body was to be buried.
