A 22-year old Floridian was arrested for battering his girlfriend with a fast food cheeseburger.
An Indian River County Sheriff's Office report claims Vincent Gonzalez and his girl were arguing in a car outside their home. Allegedly, he wouldn't let her leave, she tossed his drink out, so he grabbed her arm and shoved a cheeseburger in her face.
Police also report, upon exiting the vehicle, the man once again took the burger and pushed it in her face.
The Vero Beach man was arrested for domestic violence and released on $1,000 bond Wednesday.
