Amy Winehouse's wild husband is returning to jail after a probationary drug test.

After being released only last month, Blake Fielder-Civil failed his blood test while in drug rehab.

The former video production assistant spent most of the year in prison for assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

As RADAR has reported, Blake has admitted to introducing Winehouse to hard drugs, and spoke of the lowest point being when she almost died in front of him last year after a full day of indulging in crack and heroin.

Winehouse, who has announced plans to split from her husband, is reportedly not speaking with him.
