According to Beverly Hills police, they will soon be making an arrest in the death of Mark Ruffalo's brother Scott.

As RADAR readers will recall, the hairdresser was found in his apartment, dead of a gunshot wound to the head. At first, homicide was suspected. Then, a self-inflicted accident. Now, according to TMZ, the story changes yet again.

This is the result of a thorough investigation by the Los Angeles County Coroner, who has determined that Ruffalo did not pull the trigger.
