Twilight heartthrob Robert Pattinson admits he's feeling the sting of instant fame.

The 22-year old recently claimed he suffers from severe panic attacks and extreme discomfort in large crowds.

Even at the supermarket!

And before his Twilight promo tours, paranoid Pattinson reportedly told his reps, "I just don't want to get shot or stabbed. I don't want someone to have a needle and I'll get AIDS."

"Are [fans] going to blow the place up?"

Okay - did he just say that his legitimate fears are getting blown up, shot, and stabbed?
