While delivering toys and candy canes in Brooklyn, a 60 year-old retired school teacher dressed as Santa Claus was given a traffic citation.
The $115 ticket was for double parking while delivering gifts. We kid you not.
Chip Cafiero intends to fight the summons, which he received despite shouting "Ho! Ho! Ho!" to the traffic agent.
"The grinch just went ahead and fined me," he said.
The NYPD had no comment.
