Obama Xmas Tree

President-elect Barack Obama, his daughters Sasha and Malia and a friend of the girls went Christmas tree shopping this weekend in Chicago at a lot on 53rd and South Kenwood. They selected out a tree which was delivered later.

Reporters were not allowed near the group as they enjoyed some rare, quiet family-time.

Before the motorcade departed, Obama waved at gawkers and shouted a Santa-esque "Merry Christmas, everybody."
