Madonna Rains Supreme

During a concert in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Sunday -- part of her South American swing, as RADAR has been reporting -- Madonna took a header while performing She's Not Me.

The cause was a combination of high boots and a downpour. The Material Girl soldiered on, sore and wet but ever the trooper.
