Madonna And A-Rod Nesting?

After being spotted in Miami and Mexico, Madonna and baseball superstar Alex Rodriguez are reportedly getting ready to settle down.
The New York Post reports that the two have been looking for a condo on New York City's Upper East Side.
The search has been going on for months, apparently, with the two of them checking out places separately.
The price range? $30 to $60 million.
